There's a plugin from BorisFX that'll do it, but it costs $200. But it has no motion tracking capability, which I need. For example, I bought Sony Vegas Pro on Humble Bundle for I think $20, which is a huge score. But I also use free alternatives where possible. These days I buy what I use, even if I have to save up for it.
